As we enter the final 2 weeks of the term we have been enjoying some Easter related crafts; 2 of which will be coming home next week so we won’t spoil the surprise.
For our mathematics we have been working on number recognition, ordering the numbered bunny feet from 1 – 10. To extend the children’s learning they were then challenged to illustrate the numbered feet using our math link cubes.
In our outside play we have been practicing our ball skills; throwing, catching, kicking and scoring in our basketball net.
As it is our Easter afternoon next week, we have been taking the children upstairs onto the stage in the hall to practice our Easter Songs. We are really pleased with the amount of children who have learnt all of the words and we can’t wait to show you all their hard work next week.
